Who is responsible for your data

buyadspace.org is operated by Sriman Technologies LLC. That company is the data controller for everything described here. Registered office: 133 Grant St, Apt 11, Portland, ME 04101, USA. For access, correction or deletion requests, email [email protected] — a person reads it, and we action requests within 30 days.

What we store

Your email address, so we can send your receipt, outbid alerts and let you manage your listing. Your listing content. Your payment records — amounts and Stripe identifiers, never card numbers, which we never see.

Clicks

When someone clicks a listing we store a salted SHA-256 hash of their IP address, a hash of their user agent, and the referring page. We never store raw IP addresses. The salt rotates daily, so the hashes are not durable identifiers. This exists only to deduplicate clicks so the click counts we publish are honest.

Analytics

Cookie-free and aggregate only. No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels, no profiles. That is also why there is no cookie banner.

Who we share with

Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and email delivery), Vercel (hosting), and Cloudflare (bot protection). Each processes data only to run this service. We do not sell data.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion at [email protected]. We will action it within 30 days. Deleting your data removes your listing; payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Retention

Click records are aggregated and the per-click rows deleted after 90 days. Listings and payment records are kept while the listing exists and for 7 years after, for tax purposes.
