What we sell

An advertising placement on buyadspace.org. You pay, your listing goes live and receives a position on the board determined by your remaining ad spend. The placement is the product; rank is a consequence of it.

What you promise

That you have the right to advertise what you submit, that the URL is yours or you are authorised to promote it, and that it does not breach the content policy in Rules. You keep all rights to your own brand; you grant us permission to display your name, tagline and logo on the board and in share images while your listing is live.

What we promise

To publish your listing promptly once payment settles and moderation clears. To rank it honestly by the published formula. To report clicks honestly. To refund you in the cases listed in Refunds.

What we do not promise

Any amount of traffic, revenue, or attention. Any particular rank, or that you keep one — rank changes with other people's spending and with decay. Any SEO or PageRank benefit: all outbound links are rel="sponsored nofollow". Continuous availability of the service.

Removal

We may remove any listing at any time, for any reason, and will refund it in full when we do. We will remove listings that breach the content policy without notice.

Changes to the rules

We may change pricing and the decay half-life with at least 7 days' public notice. Changes never apply retroactively to money already spent in a way that disadvantages you.

Liability

Our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the preceding 90 days. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Maine, USA, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
